We fix the online details that stop customers contacting you
One scoped project. We review what you have, agree what is worth fixing, and give you a written price before anything starts.
One-time project
Online Presence Fix
Most businesses do not need everything on this list. After the review we agree which of these are actually costing you customers, and only those go in the scope.
What the work can include
- Correcting contact details that disagree between your site, your listings and your social profiles
- Repairing enquiry and booking links that lead nowhere
- Making the phone number and enquiry route easy to reach on a phone
- Clarifying what you offer, where you are, when you open, and what happens next
- Improving selected pages in English and Arabic, where that is in scope
- Fixing basic technical faults on the website
- Updating your business profile information, with your permission and access
- Setting up enquiry tracking, where the access allows it
Everything above is work on things you own. Nothing here depends on persuading a search engine to do something.
How it runs
Four steps, and you decide at the second one.
We review
We go through your website, your public business details and the contact routes a customer would actually try.
You get a scope and a price
In writing: what we propose to fix, what access we need from you, and a fixed quote. No work starts before you agree it.
We implement
We make the agreed fixes. Where we need access to something you own, we ask for it and tell you what we will use it for.
You get a handover
A plain list of what changed, where, and anything we recommend keeping an eye on.
Why there is no price on this page
Because the work is not the same twice, and a number invented before seeing your site would be wrong in one direction or the other. The quote is fixed once it is agreed.
What moves the number
- How many of the fixes above you actually need
- Whether the site can be edited directly or needs its developer involved
- How many pages are in scope, and whether both languages are included
- Whether business profile access is available
- How much of the content already exists and how much needs writing
Keeping it fixed
Details drift. Hours change, a number gets updated in one place and not another, a link breaks. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate arrangement once the first project is done, and it is optional.
Questions we get asked
Do you work with the website I already have?
Usually, yes. Most of this work is done on the site you have rather than by replacing it. If the site cannot be edited at all, we will say so in the review rather than quietly quoting for a rebuild.
What if I do not have a website?
Then the first conversation is about whether you need one, or whether your listings and a contact route are enough for now. Plenty of businesses get more from fixing their business profile than from a new site.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Both. Whether both languages are included in a particular project is part of the scope we agree, because it changes the work.
Do you need access to my Google Business Profile?
Only if updating it is in the agreed scope, and only with permission you grant yourself. We will tell you what we intend to change before we change it. We never ask for a password.
What can the free check actually tell me?
It reads one page of your website and reports what a customer's browser would find: whether there is a tappable number, a way to enquire, a title, a description, and the basics search engines read. It cannot see your listings, your position in results, your visitor numbers, or whether an enquiry reaches your inbox.
Can you guarantee I will rank higher or get more customers?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Rankings are decided by systems we do not control, and customer numbers depend on your prices, your reviews, your location and your competitors. What we can do is make sure that when someone does find you, nothing stops them getting in touch.
