Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using UsualTasks ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

UsualTasks allows users to connect social media accounts (or upload exported data) and generate performance reports, including AI-generated summaries and recommendations. Reports may be exported as PDF or Excel files.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be authorized to connect any social media account you link to UsualTasks — you may not connect accounts you do not own or do not have permission to access on behalf of your employer or client.

4. Subscription plans and billing

• Free plan: limited to 3 reports per month and 1 connected account.
• Pro plan: 99 AED per month (prices may be subject to applicable VAT), billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled, for unlimited reports and connected accounts.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without authorization
• Use the Service in violation of Meta's Platform Terms or any connected platform's terms of service

6. Third-party platforms

UsualTasks relies on Meta's Graph API and AI processing from Anthropic to generate reports. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

UsualTasks and its branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by us. Reports generated for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated insights and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as guaranteed to improve performance — you remain responsible for your own marketing decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UsualTasks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
